Thank you for e-shopping at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers. By submitting your personal data, you are authorizing Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers as your supplier and Prizm Limited and its affiliates as the payment gateway processors; to use your data for the purpose of processing the payment transaction, and to retain your data for future reference of the transaction and hotel promotional communications.

1. Each purchase generates ONLY ONE e-ticket QR code and for one transaction use.
2. The payment serves as an advance deposit, with the outstanding balance to be settled on the day of event.
3. The deposit can be used in conjunction with other promotional privileges (apply from now on until June 30, 2026).
4. The eShop items are available for purchase through Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers eShop only.
5. All eShop items purchased are nonrefundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services. E-tickets cannot be reissued, cancelled, reused or resold.
6. eShop items purchased cannot be used for resale, or other commercial activities without the written consent of Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers.
7. All eShop items must be redeemed and used only for the selected items at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers.
8. All eShop items purchased must be redeemed on the date, time, and venue selected, invalid after expiration.

10. eShop items and restaurants reservations are available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. Purchase are available for redemption after purchase is completed.
11. E-ticket with QR code must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
12. Blackout dates apply (unless otherwise specified), to include all festive day and eves, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and Public Holidays. Additional blackout dates may apply upon discretion of the hotel.
13. Product images are for illustrative purpose and reference only and may differ from the actual product.
14. During the transaction, you may receive a payment authorization SMS from your credit card carrier or bank, this does not mean that the transaction has been processed, if the transaction is successful, the payer will receive a confirmation email.
15. If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may be that the email is classified into a "spam" (or similar) mail folder.
16. Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers policies apply, in case of disputes, the decision of Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers shall be final.
