Available from July 1 to August 31, 2026, this bespoke afternoon tea draws inspiration from the French fashion brand’s latest summer lemon collection to capture its bright and playful spirit through an elegant culinary experience, blending Parisian style with seasonal flavors.

Celebrated for its distinctive tailoring, modern French sensibility, and free-spirited ethos, MARITHÉ+FRANҪOIS GIRBAUD serves as the definitive muse for this season's afternoon tea experience. Drawing from the vibrant hues and refreshing vitality of the brand’s summer lemon motif, the hotel’s culinary team has orchestrated a sensory menu that artfully balances luminous fruit notes—including lemon, pear, pineapple, and Osmanthus—with the refined savory flavors such as foie gras and smoked salmon.
